Every ad is reviewed before it appears. If we reject it, you are refunded automatically and in full.
If an approved ad cannot be shown for most of its booked time because of an outage, write to us for a pro-rata refund.
Support payments are voluntary gifts and are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
Purchases never buy credits ($), rankings or any advantage in the simulation.
